About Us

As the owner of Charlie’s Childcare in Tenerife, I feel very privileged to love what I do and enjoy playing all day! I have lots of experience ( 9 years) working in the UK with babies and children aged 0- 12 years. I worked within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and use that as a basis for Charlie’s Childcare. Besides lots of babysitting and working as a Nanny, I was also a preschool development worker. Working within a highly skilled team to deliver outstanding Early Years Childcare and Education for babies and children. I also provided 1-1 support for children and have had experience with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. I focused on working with parents and providing a nurturing, learning environment for children with Autism, Downs Syndrome, speech and language delay and other additional needs. I am fully qualified to Level 3 and keep in touch with current practice in Early Years. I undertake regular training to keep my skills up to date. 

I am bringing my skills to my new home in Tenerife and set up Charlie’s Childcare so that you can benefit from our support on your holiday.

We pride ourselves on always going the extra mile to ensure that YOUR holiday with children will be unforgettable, for all the right reasons. We provide our service for babies and children aged 0-12years. We meet each child’s personal, social, emotional and  physical needs and use our experience with the Early Years Foundation Stage to support each unique child.
