Our Booking Process

After receiving your request, we will send you out a detailed booking form (or click here to download) for you to fill out. This will cover all information regarding yourchild or children’s needs. This is very important so we can tailor our service to fit your needs.

By knowing a child’s like and dislikes and any routine you would like us to follow, or any complete no go’s this can all be an enormous help when selecting the best childcare provider suited to your family. It is also very important at this stage to know of any allergies or medical related information we should be aware of whilst they are in our care.  

On the form is a section for you to tell us any specific requirements or any historic event you may want us to know about your little one/s.  

After receiving all of the above information we will then carefully choose the childcare provider who we feel will give you the best professional care based on the information received, so you have peace of mind and enjoy the holiday you all deserve. 

We will then contact you and confirm our selected individual including along with their full details, copy of their passport, references and a short synopsis telling you about their experiences in caring for children.

If you are happy with our choice of carer, we will confirm the booking and a service agreement will be brought along with the chosen nannie on arrival of your first session. This will have stated the start and finish dates, hours booked and the important information previously given to us. our terms and conditions will also be stated (you will of already received a copy of these via email with your booking form)
